Job Description: Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate Senior Consultant to join our legal support and operations team, focusing on the legal support and operations market. The ideal candidate will have a background in legal services with a proficient understanding of the industry and a drive to help clients achieve their strategic, operational and resourcing goals. We would look at at least 3 years experience for this role within law, professional services or recruitment/ HR services. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consulting: Collaborate with law firm Partners and recruitment departments to understand their resourcing goals and challenges, providing tailored recruitment consulting services to facilitate growth for client success.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent for our clients.
- Candidate Management: Guide candidates through the recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer, ensuring a positive experience throughout.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans that align with clients' objectives.
- People Management: Offer expert advice on HR and recruitment strategies, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and retention.
- Change Management: Assist clients in navigating organisational changes smoothly, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum buy-in from employees.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, job market dynamics, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Networking: Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand your professional network and promote Practice.People.’s services.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in professional services support/ operations is preferred, with a solid understanding of the legal industry and its operational dynamics. However, we are open to enthusiastic individuals looking to transition to a career in recruitment and HR solutions.
- Skills: Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational ability and attention to detail, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects and client relationships.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: A degree in Human Resources, Law, Business, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
