- Run mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and business transactions.
- Advise clients on corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and business sale agreements.
- Work collaboratively with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and current admission to practice in Western Australia.
- 5-10+ years' post-admission experience (PAE) in corporate and commercial law.
