Our client, a respected corporate and commercial law firm in Perth, is looking for an experienced Property Lawyer (4-12+ PAE) to join their dynamic team.
About the Role:
You’ll manage a diverse caseload, including conveyancing, property development, leasing, sales, land use planning, and disputes . This role suits a commercially savvy lawyer with strong negotiation skills and a client-focused approach.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle complex property law matters
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Conduct due diligence and identify legal risks
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
- Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the firm’s success
What You Need:
- 4-12+ years of property law experience
- Strong technical expertise and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- WA practicing certificate
