An opportunity to join a highly regarded boutique firm, known for handling complex commercial litigation and insolvency matters . The firm represents corporate and private clients across the superior courts, lower courts and tribunals , with a range of experience in matters such as general commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, arbitrations, managed investment scheme disputes, trust disputes, and breach of contract claims.
The Role
Working closely with experienced partners, you will manage:
- General commercial litigation matters
- Insolvency and restructuring matters, advising insolvency practitioners, directors, and creditors
- ASIC investigations, public examinations, and ATO disputes
- Alternative dispute resolution, including negotiation and mediation
- Advising distressed businesses and individuals on restructuring and insolvency solutions

About You
- 3-8+ years PAE in commercial litigation and/ or insolvency

- Ability to manage matters efficiently and cost-effectively
